ABCD Dance Studios needed to find a way to increase their regular number of participants and improve individual and team performances within shows.
Like most dance academies, their experienced dance teachers enjoyed providing a fun and engaging environment but they wanted to increase ‘buy in’ from their most gifted performers.
How they used Legacy
The software was used as a new main communication ‘Hub’ and as a personal development tool by using the analytics section and profiling framework to provide individual development plans for each performer. The student profile framework allowed each dancer to see exactly where their strengths and weaknesses were – and outlined what they needed to do to improve.
Legacy’s impact:
As well as seeing weekly participation increase dramatically, Legacy allowed the Academy to have a unique selling point which their rivals did not – providing a platform which encouraged its students and their families to be involved in their child’s ongoing development.
